This area has become an eyesore. The landscaping is atrocious. It has not been mowed in almost a year. I don't understand how the businesses there can put up with that. I live in the neighborhood behind this and I am appalled at how unkept this area has become. Someone needs to do something about this!

This location on FM 1960 Rd. West is terrible. The entire property looks deserted. Landscaping is beyond horrible. Owner never returns calls. And to top it off there is no more parking lot security.

I spend money at this shopping center at least twice a week. TJ Maxx, Hobby Lobby, Ross and Half Price Books are the stores I frequent. On October 11th 2016, a vagabond in the parking lot stole the emblem off my car while I was shopping. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!! THERE WAS NO MALL SECURITY TO REPORT IT TO. THERE IS NO CONTACT NUMBER OR EMAIL AVAILABLE ONLINE. Unfortunately the stores in this shopping center has permanently lost my weekly business. DON'T SHOP HERE!!! YOU AND YOUR PROPERTY ARE NOT SAFE!!!!
