Worst experience with a sales associate at any store that I have visited. I visited the store yesterday, June 11 2019, and the sales associate was very unwelcoming and rude. I was there to make a return and said that to the associate right away. However, she asked me at least 3-4 times as to what I had said. When I told her the third time that I was there to make a return, she said very loudly and rudely that she had heard that part but wanted to know what I had said after that. I told her patiently that, that was all that I had said and nothing else. Totally unacceptable attitude from a sales associate. Such people should not be in the sales profession as it requires skills to deal with the people patiently and politely.
