not a value and very poor after sale service
Many better options out there...There prices are over retail on many things and certainly more then online. The only reason for shopping there is ideas. If you have a warranty issue they will refer you to customer service number who will refer you to manufacture who will refer you to warranty email who will then refer you back to store.
Also not a lot of first hand knowledge on the products...that alone should tell you something
