Refused to accept return after 20 minutes purchase by ,
Bought the shoes, after 20 minutes I came back to return and the associate refuse to accept the return because the product was out of the box. In any momento she mentioned that they don’t accept anything out of the box, she should inform the customers. I asked to her show the policy with this information about the box and she refused. There is no information about this in the store. I could not return a shoes that I bought in less then 20 minutes
