Your store at the Fayette Mall misrepresented the proper way to order a custom belt, and now refuses me service ... no refund...no replaced belt... I had to get a belt elsewhere for my son’s Christmas gift... then accused me of swearing on google, which is a complete fabrication!! These guys are not reputable, and hurting your brand’s name!
