A week ago I ordered *on Zip* four pairs of jeans from fashionnova. I returned two and kept the other two and i didnt get confirmation from zip that fashionnova did receive my return. Now I still have to pay for the two installments for the jeans that I don’t have. DO NOT US AFTERPAY OR ZIP PLEASE

The worse customer service every was too small and not giving me a refund

The Fashion Nova site advertised "if you order within the next 15 hrs and choose Rush shipping" that I would have my order by 2/12 . THIS IS THE ONLY REASON that I placed my order as I am leaving for vacation. I get an email conformation saying "estimated delivery 2/12". Today 2/11 I get an email from them we apologize "Fed Ex has changed your delivery date". I AM FURIOUS! They didn't offer to refund my rush shipping fee. Im filing a complaint!

They have poor customer service they repeat the same thing or one tells you one thing while another tell you something different they don't answer the question you ask they just send you policy emails my order has been processing for over a wk and I have a delivery date 26 days from the day I ordered yet when I require about this order they emailing they shipping policy and when I say it don't say 26 to 28 days for delivery anywhere etc they

the size are a hit and miss but if you read the type of material then you can see what size to get . the only thing i don't like is for each separate order you make, you have to pay the return fee

This site needs stores around the country. They have nice clothes but the clothes don’t always look the same in person vs. the picture online. A usually wear a M in everything but their medium tops seem small and medium pants big. They want you to pay to ship items back, not worth it. Just need a physical store so I can shop for what I really want.

I wish I could give no stars ordered online package got lost and they told me not their problem. They wouldn't refund me or try sending me my package after it says misplaced package

Terrible experience with them. Customer service is horrible. Shipped a package i told them it was the incorrect address and they had it shipped anyway. I was told to contact the carrier and I did. No response the usps tried no response. After 2 weeks of that. They tell me well we will start a claim now although this can take up to 30 days for it to be complete. Even with that they would need a confirmation of rejection from the carrier in order to give me a refund or reshipment. $400 worth of product. Haven't had any issues with any other order as yet other than a later date the estimated. Just ridiculous to have to wait 4 months in order to get my package. I think I will be talking the B.B.B. unacceptable.

Do not buy from Fashion Nova. Their sizes are inconsistent so you never know if you should size up or down or order your correct size. The quality is inconsistent. They NEVER send your package when they should even when you pay for faster shipping. They sent me a pair of shoes that were 2 different sizes and I had to pay for return shipping and you don't get your money back you get in store credit to roll the dice and start all over again in the hopes you'll receive the correct size. I wouldn't trust any celebrity who vouches for this company.

I have accidentally placed 2 orders both for $400.00 only want 1 of the orders so I called right away and they are giving me the run around and telling me to call back in an hour that happens 5 times I will be calling again tomorrow! And then get the bank involved who needs $800.00 of Fashion Nova clothes Very hard to get your money back think twice before you order

I ordered a few outfits for my birthday! It came in time BUT with the wrong items inside. Now I don’t have the clothes that I ordered to go out of town. I sent 2 emails with no response. They sent this ugly jump suit in a size that I can’t fit, when they were suppose to send me jeans. I won’t be shopping here any more. Just garbage

I purchase items and need to return them. I paid for a return slip and have not received my slip in order to return. I emailed FN several times with mo response or a return slip. Very disappointed. No more ordering from FN it's hard to return items.
