Fired Up Ceramics Brand - hours and store locations

I'm writing about the Fired Up Ceramics in Genesee Valley mall in Flint, Mi. I ordered a large Christmas Tree and the one that was given was only a 13" tree. Having done ceramics myself a long time ago I'm some what knowledgeable of what a first class job is and this isn't first class job by any means. It was ordered with snow on the leaves and it didn't have any snow at all. Was told that if I were to come back in an hour it would be done, came back and it was in a box ready to go. Once I got it home, I inspected it to find some of the leaves not done,most were just partially painted with the non fired snow. The tree Treasa showed us looked totally different. I called her and was explaining the differences and she told me I should have done it myself and hung up on me!!! After paying $95.00 for a painted tree that really looks like my five year old did it, I will not be doing business with her again.
