These people will charge when they shouldn't. I have a watch that was purchased with a warrantee, but they did not check on that guarantee and so charged me $89 plus tax to REPLACE A BATTERY. They shipped it out which took almost 3 weeks to get back. I checked with other jewelers who sell the brand of watch I have and was assured that they only charge the cost of a new battery.
