What Mel said in the other review. I have no idea how or why the other locations closed. These are by far the most moist, tasty, cinnamonny, DELICIOUS cinnamon rolls I have ever eaten in my life, hands down. Bring your best to the contest, but bear in mind that these are the LeBron James or Michael Jordan's of cinnamon rolls...and you're thinking you can go one-on-one with them? Not likely. But hey, I'll taste whatever you've got to show me. In the meantime, Mrs. Powell's rules the cinnamon roll kingdom.

I've visited Mrs. Powell's in Manhattan, KS numerous times. Great rolls. I'm glad I don't live there, I'd weigh 500lbs. Seriously, if you haven't had one, you are missing a treat.
