Bought a Samsonite backpack 7/23/22...while traveling 6 weeks later, a week in to the trip we noticed a seam had opened up, about an 1" wide..took the backpack to the store on Sept 25th..the salesman took 2 seconds, said "looks like normal wear & tear to me" note: except for the seam there's not a mark on it...he said send it to Samsonite maybe they will do something..he didn't acknowledge Samsonite's 10yr warranty or offer any assistance. Rude
