POOR SERVICE, WAITER LEFT TO SMOKE A CIGARETTE IN HER AUTO, WAITED A HALF HOUR TO GET SERVED,BLT LACKED SLICED TOMATO, SHAKE WAS IMPROPERLY MADE, WAITED FRO CHECK BETTER THAN A HALF HOUR, WHEN ASKED TO SEE MANAGER THEY WERE NOT AVAILABLE. THIS IS NOT FIRST BAD EXPERIENCE FOR MY FAMILY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
