We purchased our wedding cake from 3 Wishes after sampling their vanilla, however when it was time for us to pick our cake up we were told we could pick up between 10-12 and no one was there. When the shop opened we were able to get the cake and it wasn’t how we had requested. After calling and speaking with the husband, he basically told me it wasn’t his fault and was very rude on the phone. While in transit to our wedding venue, in Sedalia, the cake began falling apart! While texting the owner, they were very rude and unprofessional. Calling my husband a liar saying he was not there to pick up the cake and that it was our problem. Mind you we had Discussed the cake traveling to the venue (3 hours away) and we were assured that cakes made farther journeys and remained in-tacked. We were told the cake would be boxed and ready. It was on a half of piece of flimsy cardboard. With plastic wrap draped over the top.
After doctoring our cake the day of the wedding WE got it looking acceptable. Then we go to cut the cake and it literally crumbled apart and wasn’t even cooked all the way ?
I would NOT recommend purchasing from them. They were very rude and unprofessional.
