At this point the store that I signed up for in the Redmond Town Center is closed. I contacted the Bellevue office and they said my records of ever being a client are gone. The person said they keep records for 3 years, but later said they keep a digital copy however, that store was a franchise store so they main store does not have my records. I hoping the main store can help. My expectation they honor the "for life" part. Store was under 3010
