Rude staff
I went in to find a specific color of boots. Was a sales person speaking to someone else he was just leaning against the shoe rack drinking a soda, not sure if they were customer or another staff member. So I waited a moment. It was obvious I was interrupting them so I didn’t mean to. She cause she help me, and I only got half my question out (I’m wondering if you have a knee boot that’s...”) before she rudely blurted out “They’re all here ,what you see is here!!” I told her that yes, I see she has boots but I was TRYING to ask for a specific color . She acted disinterested . I left , even though I saw the boot I might want on the way out . I won’t shop here or ANY store owned by this company as long as staff behaves that way.

The store personnel was very friendly and helpful. I was looking for a certain Taos brand shoe ,they took me right to item and explained the sale items and pricing as well.
I bought two pairs of shoes and will buy more as soon as they get in spring supply. Margaret very friendly and manager Matt as well. Said he will be getting spring and summer supply in about 3 weeks.
That's my shoe store from now on all brands that are hard to find
