Horrible customer service. In 2019, I gave the owner my watch to fix. Owner took the watch and gave me a receipt. I have been calling the owner numerous times only to be told that because of Covid-19 my watch is not ready. It makes no sense because the owner had possession of my watch 5 month before Covid. My husband has spent tons of money with owner, and you would think he would put his best customers first. Instead, he leaves racist comments such as: "Don't worry GOD blessed me way more so I don't have to trick people. I respect you guys more than this watch, and I am very fortunate to have customers like you guys. This happened because of COVID and that company closed for very long time. Whole story short I got the watch and it is the same watch. See you Monday have a blessed night." I AM African American ,and he says he has been blessed way more. I just want what my husband paid for, and not a broken watch. If I hadn't reached out, it would be 2029 and he would still have possession of the watch. The jewelry is fake, and not what people think. He goes after minorities that don't know better with their jewelry. I know this because my husband Is white and he treats him differently than black customers. Don't shop here.
