Outstanding massage and excellent, competitive prices. Knowledgeable massage artists with all the techniques of shi-hot-su (spelling?) Oriental massage. They don't just push the skin back and forth, this is deep muscle massage. On request, they do full body or only neck and back - your choice. The men are a bit stronger than than the women, so if you want a deep muscle massage a guy might be a better choice. The premise are very clean and the personnel are extremely polite. I've been going there for at least four or five years until this wretched virus kept me away for a while.

I've given this place multiple chances, but today was the final straw. I paid for a 1 hour massage and received a 50 minute massage. I decided I wouldn't say anything and just tip less. I tipped $7 ($2 on card and $5 in cash) and was then told I HAD to tip $10 and she pointed to a sign on the wall that says they suggest $10 per hour. (Are you kidding me?!) Another time I went in and they told me it would be 30 minutes. I came back 25 minutes later and at 35 minutes later, they then told me to come back in a hour. Every time I try to get a chair massage, they tell me I have to do a table massage. I'm done with this place, their unethical business practices, and their horrible customer service.
