Adidas - Concord, North Carolina NC 28027 - Concord Mills

This Adidas is horrible specifically their customer service! We came in and spent almost $300 on product to then be yelled at with by the manager that she can't give us a discount on a pair of shoes that they couldn't even find the box too. Originally the shoes were in the open box section and then they started arguing on the fact that they cant give us the open box price. If the shoes are in the open box section it is the stores job to organize the inventory to evade any confusion. Anyways we got the shoes and asked for a discount because it had not box. The manager Tory or Tornell or something like that a young, tall, african-american lady was extremely rude and started arguing with us in front of the entire store. Any good customer service personnel would know that any customer that just spent $300 on products, it would be no problem to drop the price $10 to offset the fact that we as a store made a mistake and could not deliver the correct box moreso the shoes were originally in open box for $20 less than what we bought them for. THIS IS A HORRIBLE STORE TO GO TO!!!!
