Scam!!! Stat away don't take samples
don't buy anything from them
I was told one price and then charged a different price. Once confronted, the person who "helped" me (Alex) had gone on break, which is fine, but after said break I was told he wasn't coming back for another hour and a half. I came back before that (they said they would contact me when he comes back) and he was there. Now to see if they even give me a refund.
Don’t buy it
Every receipt says “No Refunds” are you wondering why? Is bc all their products are bad. Bought a Nail kit, worst 50$ spent, it was broken. The employees don’t let you leave, you’re pressured into buying. So insisting and they’ll grab you by the arm and calmly pull you into their store. I bought it bc I wanted to leave, he made me feel uncomfortable and touch my cheek in a rough way.
Annoying
They’re ALWAYS dragging me in after I say no. First couple of times the people were really nice at least despite their pushy-ness. Last time the guy was acting as if I was bothering him when he was the one continuing to ask me if I wanted to buy stuff there when I already said I wasn’t planning on buying anything today. It’s gotten to the point where I try to take different routes in the mall to avoid walking by there.
Lying Salesmen
The rep, Pedro, pulled my wife and me in to just get a sample. He swore the product was amazing and that it would work for my wife's needs. He also said if it didn't work, he would fully refund the money completely. We went back into the store 2 times already and he's nowhere to be found. The product left my wife with a rash and nothing worked as Pedro claimed it would. He also scheduled my wife for a facial for a Thursday and wasn't there. SCAM!
Customer
Worst service ever! Went in for an appointment for a facial and then was told sorry they were too busy and wanted me to reschedule. I already had canceled plans to make this appointment.

Feds need to watch this place. Something totally wrong here. Beware ladies
