Returning an item
The customer service, or lack there of, was some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. I went to the counter to make a return and the person behind the counter did not say one word during the whole transaction. There was a second girl, I’m assuming she was possibly a store manager, helping during the return and and she didn’t say anything either. I’ve been doing a lot of online shopping at your store during the pandemic for my children. Never again
