Damaged item impossible to return or exchanged
I bought a jacket on dic 16 and the zipper in the first used got stuck and damage the fabric around the zipper and I am tryint to change it for a new one and it is not possible. Normally the stores when the item is defective they received it, but this store if you don't have the tag they don't help you. Terrible.
