2 months ago I did $165 transactions I was given a order number of 8986 I’ve been told it was being processed when I try to check it out nothing happens!!
I still have not got my order or a tracking number
This company is horrible they don not answer phone calls or emails. Really unprofessional and I will never order from here again. I will be warning people about this store because again as I said I have not received my tracking number or any calls or emails. But they show enough made sure to take the money off my card and I have the proof that they took it off my card but I don’t have my product. I’m calling the BBB on them because I want my product or my money back. And the world needs to know these people are not to be worked with and also all the positive reviews are payed people.

I am writing to you for the second time ,last November I was in Dallas for business and I pass by the mall for shopping and I met the guy in African Imports shop and I bought some items from him about $ 40 and he gave me his card for any further request
when I back home I set my request for and I payed with my Master credit however I did not receive any email from the guy or confirmation and sent him some massages for update then after three days he answer "we are looking for a shipping agency to ship your items " then I requested from him to cancel my order and he did but until now I did not get my money .
Please I need your support to encourage the guy to return my money back or if there is anything else I can do to get my money back please pass it to me
