Stay away! My mom and I came to Vegas for her birthday weekend. We were excited and happy to be here. We were invited for a free facial and we thought why not. The guy was so rude to us, kept picking at my mom (to the point that she was almost in tears). He only did half her face and he kept getting handsy with me (to the point that I was visibly flinching away from him). Then, he pressured her into buying a lotion she didn’t really want. When she handed him her card, he charged her for eye cream and all this stuff she didn’t want. We leave the shop and realize what had happened, but they refused to take it back. They insulted her again and she left in tears. Happy freaking birthday to her.

Stay away! Walked by this place while in miracle mile shops. Our first visit was fine, got talked into buying eye cream, expensive but seemed to work and we were offered a free “facial.” No explanation. Came back for our facials and were told the best of the best guy was going to help us. Over the next 30 minutes he interrogated and insulted me. This was a total scam, them trying to get us to buy a 4000 dollar light machine. When I said no he tried to sell us the lower version at 2500. He did all this after he only dud half my face. He finally did the other side but way faster and in annoyance. After we we were done, he tried one more time to sell it for 1500. When we said no he was like “well when you want to stop being cheap about your face, you let me know.” Then he was storming around putting things away and ignoring us. My friend was also supposed to get a facial but we were so uncomfortable we just wanted to leave. I told them that and he was like, I asked her and she said no. Total lie. Total scam, stay away from this place
