Refuse to stand behind faulty product
Not happy at all. I have spent well over $1000 here in the past. I purchased my daughter a pair of $100 jeans and both back pockets tore within a month. AH refused to return or exchange them. They said it was just bad luck and sometimes that can happen when you pull them up. Since when do jean pockets tear when you pull them up? Way to stand behind your product. :(
