Alamo Flags - San Diego, California 92101 - Seaport Village

I was in the San Diego area on vacation and stopped by this place for a Personalized US ARMY flag for my father for his birthday. We stopped in on 1/3 and I placed the order, paid in full including shipping to Arizona in 2 to 3 weeks written on the receipt. 3 weeks passed and I called and spoke to a gentleman named "Mike" who said that it takes up to 4 weeks. At the 4 week mark, I called and spoke again to Mike who apologized and said that there was a problem with the printing facility and it would be another two weeks "at the most" and he was sorry for the inconvenience. I explained that my dad's birthday has come and gone. He sounded genuine enough and said he would throw in something extra for my dad. I verified he had the correct address and hung up. 3 weeks later, I called and spoke again to Mike. I told him I still had not received my flag. He first said it was on the way, then he back tracked and said he "promised" that it would be there and "he'd take care of me". I called him out on his lie because he couldn't figure out if it was on the way or not, so I told him to refund my money back to my credit card by the end of the day or I would report his fraudulent business to the BBB and the California Attorney General. He said that he would process my refund and still send the flag for the issue. I told him that at this point, I didn't want the flag....I just wanted my money back. That conversation was 3 days ago and still no refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY WERE DISHONEST AND DISINGENUOUS. BUYER BEWARE.
