Poor quality product and no guarantee
I bought a bag on Dec 31/20 a week of using it, the closure was damaged. I went to the store yesterday 1/21/21 at the Dophin mall to claim and the associate tells me that THERE IS NO CHANGE - THERE IS NO GUARANTEE ~ I LOST MY MONEY, there is no refund because I used it for a few days during a week. So this is a short-lived product. I do NOT RECOMMEND IT. By using it for 1 week it is damaged and there is nothing to do.
Present the receipt. It cost me $ 51.00 and I got very bad attention from marte from the store clerk.
