Full-time interior design student at SUNY new Paltz
I typically do not do reviews; I always intend on them; but then life happens. I just wanted to say that I have never felt such a warm welcoming experience where I felt no pressure to purchase, but then ended up spending quite a large amount with absolutely no regrets.
The manager, I did not remember his name; I believe it started with an E. (very well-dressed young male).
Just watching him attend to all the customers and such a relaxed, polite, and professional composure simply filled my heart with joy.
The store was very clean, staff genuinely looked happy to be there, some thing you don’t see too much nowadays.
Keep doing what you’re doing, I will definitely be returning frequently after such a successful experience. I hope this feedback reaches the right people, you have a very talented manager that I would absolutely consider an asset to the company.
Simply put: above and beyond experience!?
