$40 for a line up and you messed up the hair line! Your overpriced because Valdosta students patronize you!!! You should be ashamed! Never again!!!

This is a the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life! This guy is the most racist towards anyone other than black I have ever seen! I’m not one to judge off of race, but because I was white I got treated rudely and he even said to me “this ain’t gone be a white boy haircut”. I will not be going back. I hope he changes his ways or has to close the doors. Pitiful.

I usually go to this shop since its conveniently in the mall. Today I had such a horrible experience, I won't go back. I called and scheduled an appointment for 2. I got there at 1:45. I was told by the owner Kelly that he had 2 heads ahead of me and I could physically see the 2 guys standing there waiting. I was uncomfortable the whole time because the seats in the mall are so hard. Around 3 pm a lady with her children walked up and sat down. At 320 he calls one of her children to the chair. I was furious! I had been waiting an hour and a half for my kids hair to be cut and he told me that he was sorry for the mistake because he actually had "3 heads to cut" ahead of me. If this woman had an appt, she did not show up until 3, which tells me that he put her ahead of me. My back was killing me from sitting there as long as I did. I do not recommend this barber to anyone. And if Kelly is reading this, yes it is the mail lady. Hope that lady was worth it. By the way, he charges more for a haircut than any other barber shop I take the kids to. I would only take them to him because I needed to go to the mall anyway.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Told me he was going on lunch break at 5 in the evening to come back later. Came back later and he says the cut I want will be 45 dollars, asked him why I can get the same cut in my hometown for 25 and he says “well go there then”. Never will I go back.

Worst Customer Service I ever received. The owner is rude and unprofessional. He doesn't have about customers. He talks to you any kind of way. He told me to take my services to the Southaide of town because he dont need my money because I asked him about price. When I talked to others they said ge was rude and mean. Pray that he finds CHRIST.
