Love the stores clothes but there's no return policy. So what if you buy a item there for someone then they don't like the way it fits your stuck with it.

Great customer service! I did not have to deal with any rude employees. They were nice! I shop here often!
I have personally witnessed a few customers grab for shoes when there's a sign all around the shelf of shoes stating "don't touch" well I mean would you want a whole shelf of shoes falling onto you? I think not. Those signs are up for a reason. Safety!
I also had to deal with a new employee who was learning the till yes it took a little bit longer but thats why they are training so they can learn. I sure we all once was trained on something we weren't familiar with.
Overall this is a place to find cute clothes and shoes for reasonable prices.

HAD THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was looking for a pair of boots and didn't see the small sign that said don't touch. Which is a dumb rule to begin with. And the girl came over and was extremely rude. While the other one gave me filthy looks. Never will shop their again

The clothes are adorable! Prices are decent. But customer service needs some help. One employee said she didn't know how to work the cash register so I had to wait in line for 15 minutes for another employee to come to work to ring up my items. I was nice and waited but it didn't make sense to have an employee working there when she didn't know how to work the cash register, especially being the only employee there.
