This insanely rude annoying “worker” if u could even say that wouldn’t except a return MINUTES after purchase charger still brand new in box this store is TERRIBLE HORRBILE

I bought a screen protector there 2 days ago. I returned today to tell the clerk that there was a crack in the screen protector. For starters, it was an older Indian guy today, and a couple of days ago it was a young man. The bastard didn't take the time to hear my issue. I tried to show him the crack and he replied anything could have caused it. But the phone has been sitting in a drawer until today. After I told him to replace it he asked me for a receipt. I will return with the receipt tomorrow and I want a refund NOT a replacement. He thought that he was smarter than me by asking me a bunch of common sense questions about the difference between iphone and Samsung. He was very sarcastic and condescending, . Black people DO NOT spend money at this sham place called ALWAYS CELLULAR.If they can't respect black consumers then we won't do business with them and splendor money elsewhere.

I went to Always cellular with my iPhone 10 X Max which had an shattered screen , broke LED screen and the frame was broken , The phone lady told me she would fix my phone screen , LED , and frame for 285 flat after taxes it was 308.51 , i dropped my phone off Tuesday night and was told that i would receive a call Thursday afternoon when my phone was ready to be picked up , i never received a call , so i had a friend go see if it was ready while i was at work , and my friend go there and my phone screen and LED were fixed but mu screen was popping out of my phone and my frame still hadn't been fixed , they went on to till ,y friend that they couldn't fix my frame and if they did it would shatter , crack , or scratch the back of my phone and if it did they would not be responsible for it. so i told my friend to take my devices and i would go up there to speak to them when i had free time , so on Saturday less than 72 hours after having my phone "fixed" my LED light broke again and my phone started to glitch , i then called Always Cellular and informed them about the trouble i was having with my device and that i would be up there after work to discuss what they do about my phone , i went to Always Cellular Saturday night to see what they could do about my phone and the lady told me it was nothing she could do about it and that she wasn't going to do anything about , then i continued to tell her there has to be something that she could being that my phone wasn't fixed correctly when it was original suppose to be fixed and repeatedly told me that she wasn't going to do anything about so now I'm down 308.51 since and my . phone is broken again , i would not recommend doing business very unprofessional and scam likely.

Would not fix a on my screen after i paid 120 to have screen replaced. Told me it was my fault and charged me an extra 50 for a problem they caused.
