Useless
I wish I could give this place a 0!!! So I bought my Amazon Fire Tablet a few months ago and all of a sudden in turned off on me, wont charge or turn on. I call the QCM Amazon & received no help at all. I was told to contact Customer Service so they can send me a new one. When I asked for the number I was told google it I don’t have it!! Rude and useless to say the least!!
