Just ridiculous
Unbelievable, I had an appointment for 11:15 and showed up early. I pick out my glasses while I waited. I then asked how long the wait would be and was told 30-40 minutes. It's 11:30 Then I went to my car and drank my coffee for 10 minutes since you're not allowed to have it in the store. Then I come back in and they tell me I'll have to reschedule my appointment because I left and was called back in that 10 minute period. What an absolute disgrace. Plus 3 other customers walked out angry in the 15 minutes I was inside.

I'm not impressed with their staff, they were very rude& didn't provide the best of care & professionalism that should be in a position such is needed.
