Disappointing experience
The customer service was horrible. Kyle was rude to me and my family as soon as we walked into the store. Kyle needs to be re-educated on customer service or find a job where he doesn't have to deal with people at all. First impressions are the only impressions. I left this place feeling disrespected and I will never go to Midway Commodore Tuxedo again.
Happy Camper
I'm very picky about how my clothes fit and I recently had to rent a tux. The manager, Jimmy, at American Tuxedo at Midway mall was extremely accommodating. For every concern I had he had a solution. They worked so hard to satisfy me I felt I had to write a review. If you need to rent a tux, you can be sure that the quality of the product and their attention to detail at your fitting will be make you another satisfied customer.
