I shouldn't even rate this valet at Lenox a star. The valet attendants do know what they are doing as they're job. But I have encountered managers going up to the valet attendants and treating them unfairly. Managers have spoken to their employees poorly. They do not even pull them to the side and nicely say what they have to say. Instead, they say whatever is on their mind in front of potential customers. Employees are not being treated in a kind manner and that should be looked into. If a company wants to be successful, then they should have a happy team that gets along and understands one another. I would not like to have someone I do not know that is unhappy and mad to drive my car. I am trusting my vehicle with these valet attendants and if they are not in a good mood, then that could cause an accident. Managers need to be taught and trained on how to speak to their employees in a calm manner.
