If I could give this place zero stars I would. Upon entering I was yelled at to “get my f*cking dog out of the store” in reference to my service dog. I explained he was a service dog and he demand I either put ID on my dog or provide proof he was a service dog. I explained that per the ADA I do NOT have to do either of those things. He continued to yell and scream at me that his store is no dogs allowed (mind you there was no sign stating that either). I pulled up the ADA to show him I am not by law required to show him proof or ID my dog as a service dog. He continued to yell at me. I am appalled that a store owner would be that belligerent from the get go and further more does not know the ADA laws. I wasn’t about to get worked up over this guy but he’s gonna upset the wrong service dog handler and get slapped with a law suit if he doesn’t learn the law. I could certainly understand if my dog was creating a disturbance being asked to remove my dog from the store but we literally just walked in. Very rude, belligerent and uneducated. Definitely will never be going back even if I do go back to pikes place.

Worst customer service ever. Very rude owner that is yelling at people.
