Horrible
When my kids lost interest in riding before our time was up they offered me an IOU which they kept in their booth. I took a picture for good measure. When I returned another day with my kids, Animal World refused to honor my IOU. In fact they said they threw them all out. The young lady working the booth refused to call a manager, claiming to be one. However upon leaving the mall later, a new lady was working the booth and I learned the previous lady was not in fact a manager. I’m ticked and will be following up with management and the owners.
