I see this van driving round and round my neighborhood daily and I am not sure why.
I live on a corner in Fulton and this lettered van passes back and forth and round and round on each street. At first I thought the business must be nearby but it is a mile or more away. Then I thought they had a lot of deliveries in the area but how many deliveries can a textile shop have in a small residential neighborhood.
This happens almost daily and it is very curious.
