Today, I went into get my hair cut after looking up their prices. Said $25 bucks for women's hair cut, shampoo, & blow dry on website & plus posted price sign when you walk in. I arrived at 4:30 pm sat down in chair to get cut around 5:00. At 6:09, I am done (extremely choppy, uneven cut) and I go to pay for my $25 hair cut, when I get to the register the lady said that will be $75.00, I said wait what? It says $25, she said I'm sorry but it's $50.00. I said the price changed again? She said I don't know, let me get my manager. Manager comes over says it's $50.00.. I pointed to the sign & pulled up their website both say $25.. Keep in mind I only got a trim!!! (Not even 4 inches taken off)... The manager responded with it was because the length of your hair. I responded with that doesn't make any sense for a hair cut, (I understand for highlights or dye because the more hair you have the more product you have to use) but for a hair cut? I told her I'm not paying $50.00 when the prices are clearly listed and it says $25.00, I will pay $25.00. She refused to take my money at this point and told me if I didn't pay the full $50.00 she would call Security and the Cops. I said CALL THEM!! She calls them and tells them I'm refusing to pay for my services (lie). Well.. 2 hours later cop shows up, agrees the price listed for a cut is $25, makes me pay $25.00, and bans me from the Salon property & sends me on my way. .. After all this I decided, to read the reviews for this place and found out this is a common occurrence!!! DO NOT LET THEM STEAL FROM YOU LIKE THEY HAVE SUCCEEDED WITH OTHERS & TRIED TO WITH ME. I have photos to prove all this in case they try to take me to civil court (Manager threatened me with it)

If I could give 0 stars I would. I told the hair stylist that I want the dead ends trimmed. She asked if I wanted a shampoo, I said yes that would be fine. She sprayed me down with water all over my clothes said she was sorry and that it was the second time she’s done that. Not a big deal to me, clothes can dry. We are done, she takes me to the chair, combs through it. Pulls her scissors out of the drawer, and ask if I want it straight across or if I want my hair to come to a V in the back I said straight across please! All good, seems like she’s almost done, and then She looks the front, checks to see if it’s even and starts messing with my BANGS and she just snips them, and it’s too late now She JUST GAVE ME BANGS WITHOUT ASKING AND SAID “I KNOW YOU DIDNT WANT BANGS BUT I GAVE THEM TO YOU.” I wanted to cry. So now I have bangs, when my hair was all one length, no layers, no bangs. She didn’t ask me if I liked it, which is good cause I would definitely have cried. Worst 25$ I have ever spent. If I would have known I was gonna get bangs I would have just kept my spilt ends.
