Thanks so much for quickly solving the problem
Bought an iPad 6th generation and Apple Pencil for drawing. The pencil wouldn’t work with the iPad. After apple support spent an hour on the phone with us,he told us to go to the apple store in Metairie
He made an appointment for us there, and a technician named Rita helped us and was wonderful! She found the problem—a bad pencil, got us a different one, answered all questions, even some we didn’t know we had She was the best!
