I had an appointment at 11:20am on September 21,2020, the guy(don’t remember the name) diagnosed my iPad problem and promised me to send an email all about the problem and purchasing a new one to compare, but couldn’t hear anything.
Apple is garbage now
Apple is basically one notch above Microsoft if that’s saying anything. It’s unfortunate that once good companies decline within just a few years. Apple doesn’t stand behind their products and has rude and helpful support.
