Misunderstandings
I had a repair done because I was told that it could fix my phone's problem. When it didn't, I wasn't given a refund. I don't blame the staff who didn't give me a refund, but I do blame the first person who told me that it could. I think that if the staff members stayed consistent between customers, and that if the first person who helped me had also been the person to hand the phone back, and then after that be the one who I spoke with about a refund, that misunderstandings would have been minimized. I wouldn't have been handed back my phone if the problem persisted, and he would have known exactly what I was talking about when I came in for a refund.
