Why do I get better service at Wendy's than Apple?
I made an appointment to have someone look at my phone. Showed up 5 minutes early and had a cool 30 minute wait. All I wanted was a new battery. They said it'd cost about 80, but they wouldn't do it because the back glass was cracked. What? They wanted to fix the glass to bringing my bill up to 350. So I went to one of those phone repair kiosks and got a new battery and screen protector in 20 minutes for less than just the battery from apple
