ms. and I AM RETIRED
I went to the Apple store located, West County Mall, Des Peres, Missouri-- last evening, Saturday 6-8-2019, for the first time. I was overwhelmed by the size and the number of employees and customers that were there. I was immediately approached by a very nice young man who want to help me. I explained my situation and he directed me to a very nice young lady who then took care of me......She was a very patient lady and helped me much. She took care of my problem and I was in and out of the store within 30 minutes.
I did not get the young peoples names but they were dynamite. So helpful to me. THANK YOU SOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH!!!!
