Worst customer service- Avoid at all costs
I’ve never had a worse experience. I spoke to Mason, Ray, Connor, and then an unnamed manager on the phone. The store refused to help me set up my new Apple Watch after we discussed the situation and they knew I was traveling so needed it good to go since mine had broken. I spent 45 minutes there getting everything ready and waiting on them to be told that they couldn’t spare the 5 minutes to help me set up the new one.
