Ridiculous rules that make no sense
The absurd rules. I went in w my wife to do an exchange and I was browsing to buy accessories when I was harassed by staff telling me you’re not allowed to browse and literally can’t be more than 2ft away from my partner. They have 8 staff members standing around just policing and getting paid to dent customers business.

your company and the store @ the new Hampshire mall store is absolutely the worst place I have ever encountered...…that is because that your system is too complicated that if a person not a computer professional (I am a senior ) there is no way to use it or if something goes wrong or doesn't work a novice can't understand what to do... and all your people asks for is the password!!!!!!! I have never had a problem with the Verizon system... and at least they are helpful when there is a problem! Also, the people working at you store can't help you without the "precious " PASSWORD!!!! I going to stop doing business with you company and go back to Verizon!
