Still can't believe it!
Bought a pair of dress pants for my grandchilds prom. They had to be altered for length and tacked at waist. Since I walk with a cane, I sent my grandchild to pick them up. You can imagine my disgust when she walked towards my car with a rolled up pair of pants and no bag!
Apparently, they charge for a hanger and bag to go over the clothes, or just a plain regular bag. I didn't know this so they refused to give my grandchild any of the above!
