Responsiveness and follow-ups only occur during the sale process; after the purchase, if you're returning defective furniture, you won't get any support. I called and emailed 13 times over the course of 27 days, only to be told the store can't help post-sale, and that I would need to work with Concierge. Concierge was somewhat helpful, but their support is limited to execution from the store so you're back to square one. Still waiting for help!

I worked with Jackeline K.more than once and she is prepared and helpful, ready to go find every reference and proposing new possibilities and points of view when asked. Really a great asset for this store!

They only care about their Commission , and fight among each other in front of Customers. NO CALLS BACK FROM AMANDA THE REGIONAL MANAGER WHO MAKE ALL THE DECISIONS ONCE YOU HAVE PAID FOR YOU ORDER Worse Customer Service !! You wait weeks for delivery 12 TO 15 WEEKS Told you are not allowed to shop other Arhaus stores once you put in your order. Management are Rude with no management skills and have to Call Corporate to problem solve any little thing . Was told when I called My sales person that she were out of Pocket cause it was after hours and she was answering my question. Was given prices on rugs and then they refused to honer them . They measured my home , ordered furniture that does not fit and refused to take it back even though it being 3 month and i still don't have them . Ordered two Sofa, they charged me extra for shipping of Fabric from one of their factors to another.

I had a lovely lady Nancy help me and my husband find a mattress she was kind and took her time explaining to us about the different mattress , she also helped us look for dining chairs , which she took her skills as a disigner and showed all the different chairs and what table would look good with it , it was a great experience , and Nancy is lovely to work with , it made our shopping experience A lot easier , so thank you so much Nancy ,, lorenza
