I give 0 stars I never received my flash light

This should be zero stars. on Sept 11 I ordered a flash light and these folks debited my account that day. So... here we are on October 28th and still no flash light. I did receive an email in early October that the item was back ordered, but should ship on Friday. Still, no flash light, so I called on mid October and guess what it is still on back order. SOOO, you say the logical thing to do is cancel the order, which I did. And was told I could expect the refund to show in my account in 5-7 days. Well... it has been two weeks and NO REFUND! MAY I SUGGEST THAT YOU SERIOUSLY CONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY!!!
