Fooled
The lady was a scam artist. She tried negotiating prices and still charged my credit card way more than she agreed and blamed it on tax. I pulled up the tax % for the state and she only handed me a dollar and wrote on the receipt no refunds. Not recommended to step foot in her store. Plus the item I bought I found online for 1/3 of the price that I got charged. Not happy.
