Broken promises!
I went to the store at the end of May to purchase a new phone. The manager Cortize Woods helped me and was very friendly. He told me of a different plan that would save me money each month. When I got the bill it was WAY MORE than my previous plan. He gave me his number if I had questions but I have yet to receive a response to my voice mail and text over two weeks ago. I decided to go back to the store 10 days ago to get it resolved and met with Luis Marta-Leyva, who was very friendly and saw the issues, promised to seek approval and get back with me within six days - that deadline was five days ago and I have yet to hear from him and texts to him have not been replied to.
