We moved to Meridian a year ago. We came here from Hattiesburg where we had Comcast internet. When we moved here we decided to go with ATT. Our service is awful!
I wish I would have stayed with Comcast. We can't finish anything on Netflix during our weekends off it's constantly going in and out. We have not had this problem with Comcast. I'm calling them Monday and if they can not repair the problem I'm going to cancel my contract.
We are supposed to have up to 5 devises and we can't even stream 2 at a time and high speed turned into slowww slow speed! We are business owners and I can't get half of what I need finished because it's very slow.
Like I said it only happens on the weekends. If I call no service rep who can help or no service tech who can come look at it they want to send someone out in 2 weeks.
I'm over it.
I could understand if we lived in the country but we don't.
